Both of them are curved and both of them definitely looks good. But you still can differentiate them both in terms of the specifications, design and features. And we will have a winner at the end of this short comparison.
About the LG Flex
This newly launched “flexible” model by LG comes with a curved 6 Inch, 720 pixel OLED display. Underneath is a Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM. On top of that, it gets a 13 Megapixel rear camera.
Features – Vertically curved screen (top to bottom), elastic coating on it’s back that “self heals” from minor scratches
About the Galaxy Round
Samsung’s Round comes with a slightly rounded 5.7 Inch, 1080 Pixel Super AMOLED screen. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor and 3GB of RAM. It also gets a 13 Megapixel rear camera.
Features – Roll Effect, Gravity Effect
From what we can see above, both devices are good but in terms of specifications, Samsung has done a brilliant job. BUT according to LG, their LG Flex is optimized “for the average face”, delivering better voice and sound quality. On the other side, LG’s elastic coating that self heals is also another interesting feature.
However, we in FunnyMalaysia.NET concluded that as for now, the “trophy” falls on Samsung’s hand as they really did a well done job on the Galaxy Round in terms of features, functions and specifications.
