Ways to prevent your body from a breakdown.


As we all grow older, our body parts start to breakdown, such as our mental capability, our strength, our vision, hearing and so on. We will gradually lose all of this, but some of us who are unlucky enough, you may face with breakdown of this part. We all can’t be too certain it won’t. However there are ways to prevent these breakdowns. Here is a list of organs which you can help to prevent a breakdown.


1. Your Brain.


Everyone losses brain volume as they age and also the stress they accumulate. Do try to relax your mind everyday. A simple and most effective method is by having plants. A houseplant if you live in an apartment. It is research that simply being in a presence of plants can reduce stress and relax your mind. 


2. Your Heart.


As you grow older, your arteries become stiff and preventing a good blood flow to your heart thus increasing the risk of heart attack. Research has been done and found out that having at least 500 mg of Vitamin C daily will improve our artery flexibility. 


3. Your face.


Again, as we age, our face skin condition will deteriorate and all the skin product company will try to sell their products to you, each claiming they are the best. Well, if you sleep at least 8 hours a day, you could have a good skin. While you are asleep, your body produces collagen and elastin. These two proteins are responsible to help your skin stay smooth.


4. Your vision.


Our vision maybe one of the best ability we have. The ability to see. however, eating too much refined carbohydrate will cause visual impairment. Fortunately, there is a way to prevent this. Just eat whole-grain white bread, this will cut your risk.


5. Your hearing.


We may notice that we have to speak louder whenever we are talking to our grandparents, at times our own parents. Well, to preserve your hearing, do eat more eggs. Yolks are the key component which will help to preserve your hearing.
