Two Malaysians sentenced in Singapore for stealing fuel

Two Malaysians known as Seri Bala Murugan Krishnan, 43, and Jayashankar Subramaniam, 38, were recently sentenced to 8 months jail each for stealing fuel from other delivery trucks. 
According to sources, the two of them works for a fuel delivery company and they have been transferring diesel from other heavy vehicles into separate containers before flowing them into their own trucks. They committed the crime between August and October this year.
The fuel company reported that they have stolen over 3,000 liters of diesel fuel worth about RM13,322.
