So from our previous post which is another top 5 food for a flat tummy. Here is another ten food which will help you to achieve that flat tummy you always wanted.

1. Lemon.

Avoid drinks such as alcohol, soda and so on. Instead drink a glass of water with a slice of lemon in it.

Chicken is a lean meat and a great source of protein. However, the key is the method of cooking it. Steam or baked would be a healthier choice.
