Robin van Persie could set for a dramatic return to Arsenal at the end of the football season after his agent met with Arsene Wenger to discuss a move.
The Dutchman has reportedly become frustrated with life under new manager David Moyes and is now angling for a switch back to Arsenal.
Robin van Persie who was forced to move to Manchester United last year, enjoyed superbly during the beginning of the season at Old Trafford.
Wenger met Van Persie’s agent late last month in London where it was made clear that Van Persie wants to leave Manchester United and go back to his old club (Arsenal).
Arsene Wenger is now considering his next move but with United planning an overhaul of their squad in the summer, the 30-year-old could be made available.
Arsenal, recently showing 120 million pounds worth of spare cash in their financial report and they have to spent on a new striker in the summer.
