Pokemon Go has spread to 37 countries so far since it was first released about a month ago and it is yet to come to most Asian countries, including Malaysia, India, South Korea, Singapore and others.
Fans in Southeast Asia are expecting for the game to be released soon since Niantic has been setting up additional servers in this region, unfortunately the game has gone live in Latin America instead. Which is just in time for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
It appears like “Pokemon Go” release in Asia will not be as smooth as many might have expected. However, enthusiasm for it is so intense that most gamers won’t wait for months for its official launch here in Malaysia.
