‘OlaBola’ earns RM8 million in 13 days


OlaBola is the latest movie that carries the Malaysia Boleh spirit has made a whopping RM8 million just 13 days after it was released.

Other Malaysian movies that have made RM8 million are Hantu Bonceng (2010), Khurafat (2011), Ngangkung and Kongsi.

For those of you who don’t know, this movie which is inspired by true events stars JC Chee, Luqman Hafidz and Saran Kumar as football players looking to get the national team a spot in the 1980 Olympic Games. Directed by Chiu Keng Guan (The Journey), the movie also stars Bront Palarae and Marianne Tan.
