India’s smartphone XOLO Q1020 goes official with 5” screen and wooden frame

Xolo is an Indian smartphone maker which was among the first companies to manufacture an Intel processor powered Android phone. Xolo’s mid range smarphone Q1020, The XOLO Q1020 is now equipped with a 5” screen and also has a sleek looking body with a wooden frame priced at  Rs. 11,499 price tag (about RM630).
The phone is powered by a Media Tek 6582 chipset with 1.3GHz quad core CPU and Mali 450 GPU, clocked at 500 MHz. It comes with 1 GB of ram and 8GB of expandable memory are also on board. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.


It also has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and 294 ppi. The screen is also mounted with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Not only that, it has a 13MP camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor and 2MP front facing unit. It also comes with dual SIM capability.
