1. Prepare Durian & Charcoal. Put Durian on it.
2. Turn the durian from time to time to ensure all parts is well cook.
3. BBQ until the Durian shell open naturally.
4. Wait! Not yet done. Constantly BBQ for 5-10mins more after Shell opened.
5. When u see the durian turns black colour then is well cook. Dont overcook it until hangus!
6. Slurrrp… Remember to eat with spoon! Extremely hot and it tastes better!
