4. Teh Tarik
Don’t convince yourself that it’s just a sip of drink or it’s only for a day. Its amount of sugar in it, it’s almost as same as drinking a soda drink!
These joined pieces of meat would not give you protein, but they give you fats! Although they are grilled, those marinated flavouring and oil to grill it is not gonna do any good for you!
6. Curry Mee
Need to explain more??? The curry in it is boiled in SANTAN! And SANTAN is a sinful food for LOSING WEIGHT!
7. Char Kway Teow
Oh yes, these are just noodles! But wait! They are noodles cooked in lots and lots of oil! You can even see oil on your plate after eating it! So, cancel it out from your diet plan!
Harmless little currypuffs.. but too bad, they are fried in oil… and oil do no good as well.
