1. Drink at least a glass of water right when you wake up.

3. Sleep Early, Rise Early, Exercise Early.


Yes, get enough sleep. At least 8 hours a day. Get up early and do some exercise before bathing. It boosts your energy and mood.


4. Be grateful.


Write down everything you are grateful of and read them in the morning. This will help to give you a jolly mood.


5. Reflect yourself daily.
